Returns
While we take the utmost care to check all items and package orders securely, there is always the chance that damage can occur in transit. In the event that your order arrives damaged or in faulty condition, you will need to notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please send a detailed description of the fault/damage, supporting images and your order number to info@abodebondi.com.au. Once your claim has been reviewed we will get in touch with any further instructions as necessary. If your claim is approved we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
 
In the event that you change your mind, we will gladly issue you with a store credit, which has no expiry.

You must notify us in writing at info@abodebondi.com.au within 7 days of purchase for approval prior to return.

The item must be returned at the purchasers expense, in as-new condition, in original unopened packaging, with any applicable tags/labels still attached.

When returning items please take appropriate care with packaging, with fragile items being bubble wrapped and boxed securely. The purchaser is responsible for the item until it is received back by us.

We highly recommend paying for tracked and insured shipping. There is no return accepted for books, jewellery or sale items and we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
